At Casa Rufino we cook market cuisine, with typical Majorcan dishes and traditional Spanish recipes, prepared at the moment for our guests.
Mixed Paella min.2 people price per person
A true icon of Spanish cuisine, lovingly prepared. Chicken and seafood, with rice as the heart of the dish.
Ciega Paella min 2 people, price per person
Following the same steps to cook the mixed paella but with the difference that both meat and seafood are without shells or bones. As they would say in Valencia "rice of the Sirs”.
Vegetable Paella min2 people price per person
Suitable for vegans very healthy, light and low in calories. The rice works as a common thread to take all the flavor of the vegetables. Without a doubt the best option to stay in shape.
Black Paella min2 people, price person
Meat and seafood. Tender deboned meat and peeled prawns. Squid ink lending its rich colour and flavour to the rice.
Galician Octopus Tapa
With the cooked octopus at its tender point, to which paprika, Maldon salt and our liquid gold extra virgin olive oil are added.
Squids at "Andaluza" style
Authentic fried squid rings "Andalusian" style, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, it is one of the most popular tapas in Majorca restaurants, without a doubt they cannot be missing from your "tapas".
Padrón peppers
"Some are spicy and others not" says this traditional saying about this delicious Tapa. This small green peppers comes original from Galicia, with an intense flavor.
Dates with bacon
Exotic and delicious combination of sweet and salty which offers us this simple tapas with a golden and crisp appearance. Very tasty.
Spanish tortilla
A classic Spanish dish with the base ingredients: potatoes, eggs, Extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. "We cook the omelette without onion, but we like it juicy, and you? Ask for it as you like"
Brava potatoes
One of the most served tapas in all restaurants in Spain. Cut into irregular cubes with the perfect frying and crunchy point accompanied with our homemade brava sauce that gives it that "spicy" touch, try it you will like them!
Anchovies with Vinegar
Rich, healthy, juicy and tender. At their point of acidity, macerated with vinegar. Succulent and emblematic Andalusian tapa, one of the pleasures of summer, seasoned with garlic, parsley and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Deep fried sardines
Blue fish Tapa, typical of Malaga, we fry the anchovies in flour and olive oil the "Andalusian" style, till get a golden and crisp fry with all its excellent flavor.
Tapa of Serrano Ham
Serrano ham is part of the culinary history of Spain, with the appearance of fat, a symptom of high quality and cut by hand in thin slices that melt in the mouth. A real delicacy!
Chorizo Tapa
A typical in tapas restaurants in Majorca are the typical choricitos, they are made from minced pork, garlic and paprika that give aroma, the characteristic red color and a exquisite flavor. Try them!
Beef steak
We prepare the meat as you wish: rare, medium or done. We mark the meat well so that the caramelized juices remain and keeps its flavor, served with French fries and pepper sauce.

Along with our tapas and paellas, one of our star dishes is undoubtedly the house escalope, a dish that will delight meat lovers, served with our homemade pepper sauce and crispy potato chips, a perfect combination!
Pa amb oli
Its a very typical dish from Majorca. Made with crunchy roasted Majorcan bread, scrubbed with ramallett tomato, extra virgin olive oil, and to choose between following toppings: Serrano ham, cheese, sobrasada or tuna. 100% Majorca flavor!
Ensalada mixta con atún
Sin duda una opción saludable para guardar la linea, ligera, rica y refrescante. Nuestra ensalada mixta está compuesta por lechuga, atún, tomate, pimiento, huevo duro, cebolla y aceitunas.
